Person requirements

  • Prior experience of office administration.
  • Intelligent and inquisitive with attention to detail.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience of creating quotes and invoices.


  • Minimum three days per week, five days preferred.
  • 4-5 hours per day.
  • We can be flexible to work between school runs.


  • Based in Chatham (ME5 8UD).

Job Requirements

  • General office administration and answering telephone queries.
  • Preparing products for dispatch via couriers.
  • Preparing quotes, job packs and invoices.
  • Processing waste consignment paperwork.

Remuneration and Benefits

  • Flexible hours.
  • Fair salary - index linked to Retail Price Index (RPI) as a minimum.
  • 5% non-contributory pension after 3 months.
